The legal description is a miscellan- eous one, a copy of which is attached. The property is zoned light industry. The site has been used in part for off - street parking purposes for several years. It is now proposed to enclose and surface it for park- ing of approximately 85 cars. The property is irregular in shape and lies approximately 30 feet below the grade of Second Avenue as con- structed. The property extends to a depth of approximately 75 feet along the west property line and has an area of approximately 26,700 square feet. All of the surrounding area land uses are industrial in character. The Traffic Engineer has approved the plan which meets the standards for this type of facility. Field investigation dis- closes no basic objection to the proposal. In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of the application for an 85 car off - street parking lot on the above described property in accordance with plans approved August 15, 1963.
