Saint Paul Legislative Code., at ten o'clock A.M. on October 8, 19630 upon the advisability and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and r.emoval of the two story - _commercial building on Lot 18 and Part Northwesterly of West Seventh Street of Lot 7, A Vance Brown's Subdivision of Block 4 and East Half of Block 13 of Brown, Stinson and Ramsey's Addition to Saint Paul., according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known as 783 -5 -7 West Seventh Street, because said structure is reported to be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property. Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: Manjr inspections have been made of the two story commercial building known as 793 -5 -7 West Seventh Street, on Lot 18 and Part NWly of W. Seventh Street of Lot 7, A Vance Brown's Subdivision of Block, 4 and East Half of Block 13 of Brown, Stinson And Ramsey's Addition to Saint Paul. This building is two stories, approximately 62 by 71 by 30 feet, deteriorated and dilapidated, out of plumb and lean- ing toward adjacent property. Cornice trim mouldings and boards have dry rot and are loose, Plaster is loose on walls and ceilings. Floors are uneven and out of level. Wood working machines are placed on the first and second floors and if a fire should start would spread very rapidly. Danger Notices have been posted and the last known record ` owner is John Fischbach, 323 Eri.es Street, Saint Paul 2. The occupant is Ramacier Sash & Door Company,783 West Seventh Street. Please set a hearing in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, which outlines condemnation pro- cedure. Yours truly, Alf H.
