OUNCIL NO. 48 05
RESOLVED, that John J. Sullivan, owner of the subject premises,
commonly designated 1161 St. Clair Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, hereby
is granted a permit, pursuant to his application therefor, to reconstruct
the existing 20 -foot wide driveway connecting said premises with Saint
Clair Avenue, so that the same shall represent 29 feet in width, and
to thereafter maintain and operate the same as so reconstructed and
widened, subject to said permittee's compliance with all applicable
State statutes,«.City ordinances and rules and regulations of public
authorities having cognizance.
