RESOLVED, that E & F Realty Company be permitted. to install and
operate a 22-car off - street public parking facility on property on the
southwesterly side of St. Peter Street between Ninth and Exchange
Streets in Saint Paul, more particularly described as the northwesterly
3 1/411 of Lots 8 and 9 and subject to easement and except the northwesterly
85 feet, Lots 1 and 2, Block 9, Bazil and Guerin's Addition, in accordance
with plans approved August 1, 1963, filed herewith, and subject to
compliance witlthe provisions of all applicable City ordinances and State
statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities having cognizance.

attached application of E & F Realty Co. for permit to install and
operate a 22-car off-street public parking lot on property on the SW'ly
side of St. Peter St. between Plinth and Exchange Sts., also described as
NW'ly 3u" of Lots 8 and 9 and subject to easement and except the NW'ly

This is in the matter of the application of the E & F Realty Company
for a permit to install and operate a 22 car off- street public park-
ing lot on property located on the southwesterly side of St. Peter
Street between Ninth and Exchange Streets which is described as the
NWIy 31" of Lots 8 and 9, and subject to easement and except the NWly
85 feet, Lots 1 and 2, Block 9, Bazil and Guerin'sAddition. The pro-
perty is zoned commercial.
The site is-vacant having recently been cleared of two commercial
structures and has a frontage of 65.25 feet on the west side of St.
Peter Street and a depth of 100 feet resulting in an area of 6,525
square feet. The area uses are various type commercial uses with
the exception of the Assumption parochial school to the west. Field
investigation discloses no basic objection. The Traffic Engineer has
approved the plan which meets the standards for this type of facility.
In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning recommends
the granting of the permit for a 22 car off - street public parking lot
on the above described property in accordance with plans approved
August 1, 1963.
