Gentlemen:
Mrs. William E. Peter of 926 West Hoyt Avenue has requested
permission to erect an eight foot high redwood fence on the
west side of her ba:ck yard to' hide an unsightly hill..
An investigation was made by this officef at which time the
owner of the adjacent property was contacted and has no
objection to this fence. Therefore, it is the recommendation
of this office that they be permitted to construct this over -
height fence.
