Sidney Sts. and by Humboldt and Livingston Aves., as set out in the attached letter of the City Architect. S. Steel Corporation for permission to'- -ere-ct a 2 -inch mesh chain link fence to enclose the'Mickelson Athletic Field, which is bounded by East Page and East - Sidney Streets and by Humboldt and Livingston Avenues. This office has made an investigation of this request and sees no reason why the request should not be granted.
