Lois Addition No. 1 and that part of Block 9, Furness' Garden Lots lying easterl
of a line 40 ft. westerly of and parallel to the easterly line of Block 1, Lots
Addition No. 1 and the easterly line of Block 9, Furness' Garden Lots; also con-
demning and taking an easement necessary for slopes, cuts and fills, including
the right of removal of lateral support from the above subject land or remainder
thereof occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the gradi

therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
ement to be made by the said City_is
