In the matter of constructing the FISK STREET SEWER
RELOCATION between Rondo Avenue and Central Avenue, at
estimated construction cost of $28,425.00 and Engineering
and Inspection Costs of $1,705.50, for Total Cost of
$30,130.50, the State of Minnesota to reimburse the
City for said total cost under Utility Relocation Agree-
ment No. 53618.
Resolved, That the plans and specifications for the
above named improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner
of Public Works, be and the same are hereby approved and
be it further
Resolved, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is here-
by directed to advertise for bids; on this improvement.
