WHEREAS, in confection with the improving of ARCH
STREET from Rice Street to Jackson Street, it is
necessary to make further Surveys, prepare Plans
and incur costs for preliminary Engineering ser-
vices prior to its being paved, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with such work with City'Forces'at an est-
imated additional cost of $10,000.00, said work
to-be charged to the P.I.R. Fund, Code 3001,
Comptroller's Contract L -6539, and said Fund is
to be reimbursed from the Bond Fund, Code 200 St -23.
