expiring January 31, 1961, at 13 Leech Street, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That Mary E. Kelly becomes Vice - ,president and Treasurer replacing Richard
R. Carney who resigned from these two offices and Edward E. Kelly, who is
President and Secretary, acquiring the stock held by Richard R. Carney,
becomes the sole stockholder.
