COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSIONE
RESOLVED, that Clarence C. Swanda be paid the sum
of $45.00 per week out of the Workmen's Compensation
Account of the General Fund while he is totally disabled -
by reason of his injury of September 24, 1957, while in
the employ of the Department of Public Safety; and that
$2,250.00 is now due and payable covering compensation
due him up to and including March 29, 1963, and that sub-
sequent payments shall be payable every four weeks during
