The undersigned hereby proposes the maldngofthefotlowingpublicimprovement by the City of Saint Paul, via.: -
Opening, widening and extending the proposed Short tine Road by con -
demning and taking that part of Lot 8, Subdivision of Ayd's Farm lying'
between the southerly line of Short Line Road as condemned under C. F. No.
177387, approved June 12, 1956, and the following described line: Commencing
on the east line of Lexington Pkwy. So. 326 ft. northerly of the north line
F of Jefferson Ave.; thence southeasterly making an angle of 570 40' with the
east line of Lexington Pkwy. So. a distance of 355 ft. to a point; thence
on a curve to the right, the radius of which is 140 ft. to a point on the
east line of said Lot 8 and there terminating.
Also condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the
slopes, cuts and fills, including the right of removal of lateral support
from the subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof
or construction of slopes in the grading and paving of said Short Line Road.
- Also condemning and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across a triangular parcel of
land in part of Lot 8, Subdivision of Ayd's Farm described as follows:
Commencing on the east line of Lexington Pkwy. 'So. 326 ft. northerly of the
north line of Jefferson Ave.; thence southeasterly making an angle of 570 40'
with the east line of Lexington Pkwy. So. a distance of 36 ft. to a point; -
thence southwesterly to a point on the said east line of Lexington Pkwy. So.,
255 ft. north of the north line of Jefferson Ave.; thence north to point of
beginning,.
