COUNCIL, RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM . • PRESENTED BY �-" COMMISSION WHEREAS, subsequent to the final payment to the F. Morettini Company, contractor, for the construction of the AFTON HEIGHTS ADDITION SEWER SYSTEM, Contract 61 -5 -884, Comptroller's Contract L -6382, a leak became apparent in the intersection of Eastview Avenue and MorniJhgside Drive, and WHEREAS, the said contractor excavated•at the location of the leak and discovered that the force main for the sewer had cracked as a result of the construction of a water main under t1,B force main at this point, and WHEREAS, the contractor in repairing the force main and backfilling the area opened in the intersection, incurred expense through no fault of his own, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that in the amount Afton Heights L -6382. 4P COUNCILMEN Yeas Nays Dalglish " Holland Loss Mortinson Peterson Rosen Mr. President, Vavoulis IOM 6-62 tYie F.
