COE NCIL NO. 211946
RESOLVED, upon the pertinent appeal by George L. Ostrand,
owner of the subject real estate, therefor, the 8 -foot set -back
provisions of the Zoning Code applicable to off - street parking
facilities, hereby are determined and varied so as to establish
in lieu of an 8 -foot set -back, a 4 -foot set -back as applicable
to the proposed off- street parking facility hereby authorized to
be established and maintained on Lots 13, 12, and the west 20 feet
of Lot 11, Block 2, A. B. Wilgus _Addition, being on the south
side of Iglehart Avenue between Lexington Parkway and Ox18ord
Street, in the City of Saint Paul, that otherwise said hereby
authorized off- street parking facility �hall-be established and
maintained in conformity with all applicable ordinances and
State statutes.

Ave. between Lexington Parkway and Oxford St.
