RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation
of the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings to lease
to Mrs. Robert Morse, 953 Selby Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, the privilege
of operating a concession for rides for children, and for the sale of refresh-
" ments at the Phalen Picnic Grounds for the 1963 season, said Mrs. Morse to
pay for the privilege $150. 00 (One Hundred Fifty Dollars) to be paid as follows:
$75. 00 on July 15, 1963, and $75. 00 on August 15, 1963; and to provide a public
liability policy for personal injury, which shall be approved by the Corporation
Counsel and deposited with the City Comptroller; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized and directed to draw up the proper agreement therefor, and that
the proper city officers are autho
