COMMISSION'
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of
Saint Paul hereby takes cognizance of the pendency of
certain proposed legislation now before the Minnesota
Legislature and embodied in Senate.File No. 621, relating
to the extension of expiration dates of licenses or
registrations pending determination on appeal or review;
and

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Council of the City
of Saint Paul recognizes that if said proposed legislation
is enacted, it will have a detrimental effect in that it would
make it possible for the licenses to be extended for beyond
the period of their normal expiration; and
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Council of the City of
Saint Paul hereby strongly opposes the enactment into law of
said proposed legislation and urges the Ramsey County Delegations
to the Legislature to oppose passage of said legislation.
