3 WHEREAS, JPI Development, Zoning File # 07-020-147, has submitted for City Council approval the

s 2669 Territoriaf Road, NE corner at Berry Street; and
� WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the final plat and found, subject to the
8 recommended condition, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council heid a public hearing on the preliminary plat for Jefferson Commons at Berry
11 Street on April 19, 2006, at which all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard, the Council
1z having approved the preliminary plat by resolution (Council File # 06-411) on April 26, 2006;

1a NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached Final
15 Plat for Jefferson Commons at Berry Street to create 1 lot for 3 residential buildings, subject to the
16 condition that the applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving Final Plat with the
1� Ramsey County Recorder's Office.
