That the Northern States Power Company be
given permission to install 3 poles on Western
Avenue, south of La,rpenteur Avenue; 1 pole
on Benson Avenue, east of Homer Street; 8 poles
on road on top of dyke (north of Water Street)
between Wabasha Street and Belle Street; 1 pole
on Edgebrook between Morningside and McKnight
Road; 1 pole on Minnehaha between Victoria and
Avon with necessary guys, anchors and wir

do so by the Common Council and cost of s
removal to be borne by the Northern State
