WHEREAS: the City of ,Saint Paul has no, competent paycbiatrist
in its, :employ and, it is. necessary-to obtain such professional services
outside the City service,; be. it hereby
RE,SO -LVED. that, the Civil Service :Bureau be authorized to. obtain
such professional services. arid.. that such exp.ense!pas are incurred for
.such psychiatric services: be paid by the: individual departments, request-,
ing such .examination .and that, such departments. he authorized to -.pay for
