RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City.of Saint Paul, in the Council
Chamber of the Court House and City Hall, in said City, as
provided in Sec. 1.07)par. 2, St. Paul Legislative Code, at
ten o'clock A.M., April 23, 1963, upon the advisability and
necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking
and removal of the garage building on Lot 42, Block 11,
Hayden Heights according to the plat thereof recorded in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
also described as at the rear of 1805 Clear Avenue, Saint
Paul 19, because said-structure is reported to be dangerous
and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
An inspection has been made of the garage building at the
rear of 1805 Clear Avenue, Saint Paul -19, also known as
Lot 42, Block 11, Hayden Heights Addition, Saint Paul 19,
Minnesota.
This building is approximately 16 by 14 by 12, located at
the rear of the lot. It is very old, tar paper covered,
dilapidated and past any reasonable repair. It is danger-
ous to life, limb, and adjoining property. A Danger Notice
has been posted.
The last known record owners are Henry J. and,Margaret H.
Bender, 1809 Clear Avenue, Saint Paul 19.
Please set a hearing date as outlined for condemnation pro-
ceedings in Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code.
