Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: An inspection has been made of the garage building at the rear of 1805 Clear Avenue, Saint Paul -19, also known as Lot 42, Block 11, Hayden Heights Addition, Saint Paul 19, Minnesota. This building is approximately 16 by 14 by 12, located at the rear of the lot. It is very old, tar paper covered, dilapidated and past any reasonable repair. It is danger- ous to life, limb, and adjoining property. A Danger Notice has been posted. The last known record owners are Henry J. and,Margaret H. Bender, 1809 Clear Avenue, Saint Paul 19.
