M. on April 23, 1963, upon the ad- visability and necessity of the repair, replacement, re- modeling, or wrecking and removal of the frame fourplex on t} -Bwest 62 feet of Lot 7, Block 109 Warren & Winslows addi- tion to the Town of St. Paul, according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 662 -664 Otsego Street, because said structure is reported to be to life, limb and adjoining property. Council City of Saint Paul .Gentlemen: An inspection has been made of the frame fourplex at 662- 664 Otsego Street, described as West 62 feet of tot 7, Block 10, Warren & Winslow's Addition to the Town of Saint Paul, Minnesota. This building is approximately 34 by 42, two stories, frame. The outside walls are covered with simulated brick composi- tion siding. Plaster has fallen throughout the building. The electrical service is inadequate and in bad shape. Doors and windows have been broken. The building interior is fire damaged. The building is dilapidated beyond reasonable repair. It should be wrecked and removed as dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property. -A Danger Notice has been posted. The last known record owner is Joseph Rosenblum, 1690 -2 Grand Avenue, Saint Paul. Please set a hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, which outlines condemnation procedure. Yours truly, Alf d H.
