RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council
Chamber of the Court House and City Hall, in said City, as
provided in Sec. 1.07 par. 2, St. Paul Legislative,Code,
at ten o'clock A. M. on April 23, 1963, upon the advisability
and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or
wrecking and removal of the partially built garage on Lot
28, Block 1, Ransom's addition to St. Paul, according to the
plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as 112 East
Maryland Avenue, because said structure is reported to be
dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
There is a partially built garage at 112 East Maryland Avenue,
on Lot 28, Block l,'Ransom's•Addition to Saint Paul, Minnesota.
This building is being constructed without a building permit
and the materials used are deteriorated and improper. Struc-
tural members are 24 inches on centers instead of 16. This
building is dangerous to life,limb, and adjoining property
and should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owners are: Joseph and Theresa Leurer,
112 East Maryland Avenue, Saint Paul 17, Minnesota. A Danger
Notice was posted.
Please set a hearing date for condemnation in accordance with
Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
