Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: There is a partially built garage at 112 East Maryland Avenue, on Lot 28, Block l,'Ransom's•Addition to Saint Paul, Minnesota. This building is being constructed without a building permit and the materials used are deteriorated and improper. Struc- tural members are 24 inches on centers instead of 16. This building is dangerous to life,limb, and adjoining property and should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owners are: Joseph and Theresa Leurer, 112 East Maryland Avenue, Saint Paul 17, Minnesota. A Danger Notice was posted.
