COUN RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM

COUNCIL NO. KUM
RESOLVED, that the particular Agreement, dated the 15th
day of March, 1961, which Agreement contemplates the securing
to the City of the professional services of Charles R. Hansen,
Registered Engineer, the term of said Agreement having been
extended to include the 1st day of March, 1963, may be and
hereby is extended indefinitely to include the completion of
the St. Peter Street - Rondo Avenue Storm Water Relief Sewer,
Sections I, II and III, and the Rondo Avenue - Rice Street
Sewer Relocation and Sanitary Diversion Sewer and work related
thereunto, said present extendion of term of said Agreement to
commence from and continue after said lst day of March, 1963,
and the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute
appropriate documents effectuating the purposes of this
Resolution.
