Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits., costs and expenses
changing the grade of Huron St. from Idaho Ave. to Larpenteur Ave. to conform to the
grade as shown on file in the Department of Public Works; also grade Huron St. from
Idaho Ave. to Zarpenteur Ave. to the proposed change of grade
under Preliminary Order 19361), , approved April 1- 1959 ,
Intermediary Order 122820 , approved June 23, 1259 ,
Final Order 191187 , approved July 21. 1959
The assessment of beaef-its� –costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED' FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the. —?2lth
day of nnr> 196 - , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
