Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Nearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses
for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material Hoyt Avenue from Winthrop Street to
Furness Street and Farness Street from Hoyt Avenue South 205 feet
under Preliminary Order ? 00)1)17 , approved January 12, 1961
Intermediary Order 201187 , approved March :L4. 1961

Final Order 201598 , approves April 181 1961
The assessment of benefitn, costs and PxpensAg for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the Alth
day of Apr?- ] 2.3 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance

give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
