Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing anpbblic sewer on Hoyt Avenue from Ruth Street to Winthrop Street
under Preliminary Order 195979 , approved February 23, 1960
Intermediary Order 197354 , approved_ Mpy 31, 1960
Final Order 1-977-49 , approved Jl-ine 28Y 1960
The assessment of benefits, and PxpAnsPR for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 211th
day of AMP1 !96 at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
