Seventh Street, also constructing sanitary sewer services from the main sewer to the property line under Preliminary Order 209143 Approved September 18, 1962 The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to construct a public sanitary sewer in Homer Street from the terminus of the existing sewer that now ends at a point that is about 365 feet north of Stewart Avenue to a point that is about 150 feet south of W. Seventh Street, also construct sanitary sewer services from the main sewer to the property line with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 6 , 974.00 • � . _ _�_ •�, _.._ .. Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2nd day of April. 1961 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
