RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby authorizes
the proper City officers to enter into an agreement with the Minnesota High-
way Department and the Board of Water Commissioners pertaining to Utility
Agreement No. 53598 providing for Preliminary Engineering relating to reloca-
tion of Water Utility facilities necessitated by the construction of Trunk
Highway No. 35E from Mississippi River to West Seventh Street, which agree-
ment has heretofore been approved by the office of the,Corporation Counsel.
