PUBLISHED
WHEREAS, R and W Realty Co., as successor and
assign of J. R. Walker & Sons, Inc. under contract for
deed between the City of Saint Paul and said J. R. Walker &
Sons, Inc., which contract was dated the 28th day of September,
1960, and under amendments to said contract for deed dated the
10th day of April, 1961, the 24th day of March, 1962, and the
15th day of November, 1962, has paid to the City of Saint Paul
the full purchase price as provided by said contract for deed,
as amended, and pursuant to the provisions of said contract for
deed, as amended, is entitled to a conveyance by warranty deed
from the City of Saint Paul of the following described tract or
parcel of land:
Lot four (4), Block two (2), South Battle
Creek Heights, according to the plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County,
Minnesota;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper officers of the City of
Saint Paul are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
warranty deed to R and W Realty Co. to the aforementioned
tract or parcel of land, subject to the covenants, provisions
and restrictions set forth in the aforesaid contract for deed
dated September 28, 1960, as amended by the amendments to contract
for deed dated the 10th day of April, 1961, the 24th day of March,
1962, and the 15th day of November, 1962.
