In the matter of changing the grade of Grotto St. from Front Ave.
to Hatch Ave. to conform to the grade as shown on the profile on '
file in the Department of Public Works. Also grading and surfacing
with bituminous material Grotto St. from Front Ave. to Hatch Ave. ;
to the proposed change of grade, under Preliminary Order 208561,
approved August 8, 1962, and Final Order 209723, approved October
30, 1962.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the
above named improvement be and the same are hereby approved and
the Commissioner of Public 'Works be and he is hereby directed to'
do the work at an estimated cost of $4,627.00 by City forces and
that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary materials,
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above named improvement "
including engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $463.00
or a total of $5,090.00 be assessed against the benefited property.
