To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Saint Paul
Gentlemen:
The Department of Parks and Recrea-
tion and Public Buildings, acting through Mr. Drassel,
has advised that certain items of equipment now in the
Old Armory would be useful to the operations of that
department. '
I believe that the disposition of
these items by transferring them to said department
would best serve the public interest and recommend ap-
proval of the attached resolution listing the items to
be transferred.
