Resolved that permission be hereby g ranted to the Northwestern Bell
Telephone Company to make necessary excasration for and to maintain
underground cable plant with associated laterals to intersecting
streets and alleys.
In Cliff Street between Smith Avenue and Emma Street., the underground
conduit and cable to be buried along the'south side of the street and
crossing to the northwest at selected locations.
Work to be done under the direction of the Department of Public "Yorks.
The Telephone Company to pay the cost of publication hereto.
