authorizing and directing the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation
and Public Buildings to enter upon the premises and wreck and remove
the condemned building - two -story frame fourplex - at 244 -242 Sherman
St., as more fully described in the attached letter of the City Architect.

Gentlemen:
Under date of January 28, 1963 a printed copy of Council File
No. 210955 was mailed to Petra M. Nicholson, 1999 Iglehart
Avenue, Saint Paul 4, Minnesota, which resolution directed
the wrecking and removal of the two story frame fourplex
on the Southeasterly 50 feet of Lot 4, Block 36, Rice & Ir-
vinets Addition to Town of Saint Paul, also known as 240 =242
Sherman Street, Saint Paul, as published in the official pa-
per.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and re-
move the structure thereon, and to do any and all things there-
in necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining
property.
