AUTHORIZATION OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

In the matter of changing the grade of the alley in Block 1, Cooper's
Addition from Westminster Street to Arkwright Street to conform to the
grade as shown on the profile on file in the Departm--nt of Public Works.
Also grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 1,
Cooper's Addition, from Westminster Street to Arkwright Street to the pro-
posed change of grade, under Preliminary Order 207039, approved May 2,
1962, and Final Order 209625, approved October 23, 1962.
RESO.LVE0, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
named'improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner
of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated
cost of $3,397.00 by City forces and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to
secure the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above named improvement in-
eluding engineering and
inspection expenses amounting to
$340.00 or a total
of $3,737.00 be assessed
against the benefited property.
