Resolution of Council Approving Assessment"'
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses
f or
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 8 , Hillsdale, from
Duluth St. to Frank St., also constructing a sewer from the alley to Jenks Ave. in
an easement obtained on, under and across the easterly 4 ft. of Lot 8, Block 8,
Hillsdale
under Preliminary Order 198473, approved August 12, 1960

Final Order 200198 , approved December P-7, 7960
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted`to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 20th `
day of March, 1963_ , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
