INITIATING PROBLEM ISSUE, OPPORTUNITY (WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHI�
Carolyn Shepherd, a full-time Environmental Health Inspector working under the Vacant Buiiding Monitoring activity, is
retiring September 30, 1998. Dennis Senty, a full-time Environmental Health Inspector working half-time with the
Truth-In-Sale of Housing activity, is needed to replace Carolyn Shepherd. A half-time Management Assistant II, Wendy ,
McCance, can become full-time by assigning the half-time position in the Truth-In-Sale of Housing activity to her. There
will be a half-time Environment Heaith Inspector position open in the Property Code Enforcement activity resulting
from Dennis Senty's reassignment.
