_. V WHEREAS, R and W Realty Co., as successor and assign_
of J. R. Walker & Sons, Inc. under contract for dbed between
the City of Saint Paul and said J. R. Walker & Sons, Inc., which
contract was dated the 28th day of September, 1960, and under
amendments to said contract for deed dated the 10th day of April,
1961, the 24th day of March, 1962, and the 15th day of November,
- 1962, has paid to the City of Saint Paul the full purchase price
as provided by said contract for deed, as amended, and pursuant
to the provisions of saidoontract for deed, as amended, is
entitled to a conveyance by warranty deed from the City of
Saint Paul of the following described tracts or parcels of land:
Lot seventeen (17), Block one 1), Lot sixteen 16),
Block two (2), and Lot four (4), Block three (3 ,
South Battle Creek Heights, according to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the
Register,of Deeds•in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota;
now, therdbre, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper officers of the City of Saint Paul
are hereby authorized and directed •to execute a warranty deed
to R and W Realty Co. to the aforementioned tracts or parcels
of land, subject to the covenants, provisions and restrictions
set forth in the aforesaid contract for deed dated September 28,
1960, as amended by the amendments to contract for deed dated
the 10th day of April, 1961, the 24th day of March, 1962, and the
15th day of November, 1962.

1962, has paid to the City of Saint Paul the full purchase price
as provided by said contract for deed, as amended, and pursuant
to the provisions of said contract for deed, as amended, is
untitled to a conveyance by warranty deed from the City of
Saint Paul of the following described tracts or parcels of lands

1960, as amended by the amendments to contract for deed dated
the 10th day of April, 1961, the 214th day of March, 1962, and the
15th day of November, 1962.
