PAUL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM COUNCIL NO. 215695 FILE RESOLVED, that the Council hereby approves the award of a contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services neces- sary for extending the high pressure steam mains to supply steam service to the Civic Education Center, 30 East Tenth Street, Saint Paul to the Northern States Power Company for the sum of $12,650.00 in accordance with the contract attached hereto and the proper city officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
