Weyandt, Purchasing Agent Gentlemen: C fal 4.4611 At the request of your Committee on Lands, the undersigned submits the results of negotiations with three parties who indicated an interest in a tract containing three blocks, with an appraised value of $4 ,750.00, and with the legal description as follows: Blbeks 29 3, and 4, of Battle Creek Heights Plat Number One containing 16.45 acres, more or less. Note: Block 3 is subject to a 20 foot easement for a sewer as sham on attached plat, extending from Mitchell Avenue to.Powers Avenue. The result of the negotiatigu is as follows: United Properties decided not to.make an offer. Morton Berland decided to postpone his offer for two months. Robert N. Walker, Treasurer of R & W Realty Co., offered Mj0QQ,Q0s with a check of $2,250.00 as 5% earnest money, and will pay another 5% when the offer is accepted. Balance Is to be paid in three Listalloients at 6% interest. I recommend that the offer made by R & W Realty Co. be accepted on the basis of the offer made by the purchaser and with the terias and conditions set out in the attached notice of sale, all of which are agreeable to the purchaser. .08 00.
