PAU?Lu "Wj 9 ' Resolution Approving Assessment and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon COUNCIL FILE NO. :S File No. 15358 In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for improving MARION STREET from`154 feet north of the center line of Fuller Avenue to University Avenue, by grading and paving with new concrete base and asphaltic concrete surfacing; by paving street and driveway returns; by constructing new curbs and sidewalks; by reconstructing storm water drainage facilities; by reconstructing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on the intersecting streets where not in conformity with said improvement; by grading and im- proving boulevard areas; by constructing conduits and appurtenances for future traffic control systems; by constructing a new ornamental lighting system; and doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to said improvement ESOLUTION OF COUNCIL APPROV- NG ASSESSMENT AND FIXING THE OF HEARING THEREON 1G. 1 " Nrj ­13" F ;,7 under Preliminary Order 201088 , approved March 7, 1961 Intermediary Order 202776 , approved June 27,_1,961 Final Order 203262 ,approved August 1, 1961 The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said- assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved. RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 2nd day of January, 196+ , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M,, in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
