That the said report and, the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to improve HAZEL STREET from Stillwater Avenue to Mechanic Avenue by grading, paving, curbing; by constructing and reconstructing sidewalks; by reconstructing the inter- secting alley, street, and driveway returns; by constructing.storm water drainage facilities; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections; and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement. with no alternatives; and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 87,-271. Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 31st day of December, 1963 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of said meeting to the persons and in the mann6r provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
