WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has permitted the Village of Rose-
ville to connect their sanitary sewer system with that of the City of
St. Paul by Ordinance No. 10725, C.F. 176072, approved January 20, 1956,
and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of said ordinance requires the City Council
to approve and set charges for sewer rental for industrial properties
desiring connections to the City sewer, and
WHEREAS, The Polar Food Locker Company has made application to
the City to connect their plant located at North Snelling Avenue and
Oakcrest, and
WHEREAS, The City Technical Committee has set forth certain con-
ditions regarding the connection outlined in a letter to the City Council
dated June 25, 1962, and
WHEREAS, The Polar Food Company has submitted plans showing howl,
they will construct their connection-to the public sewer, and
WHEREAS, The Chief Engineer and Commissioner of Public Works have
reviewed said plan for connecting the Polar Food Locker Company to the
Village of Roseville sewer system, and finds this plan in conformity with
the City Technical Committee recoliImendations, be,.it,
RESOLVED, That the Polar Food Locker Company be hereby granted per-
mission to connect their plumbing system to that of the Village of Rose-
ville which drains into the St. Paul sewer system.
