RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that, it
having been made to appear that neither the City of Saint Paul nor any
person nor any corporation now maintains any public instrumentality for
public utility purposes or other purposes in that certain section of
public alley described in the prior Resolution of this Council, No.
213911, as follows:
That part of the east -and -west alley in Block 5 of
Fairchild & Howard's Rearrangement of part of Tracy's
Outlots, lying easterly of the east line of the
easterly north -and -south alley in said block extended
northerly to the southerly line of Lot 9 in said Block 5;
situate within the corporate limits of said City and provided to be vacated
and discontinued by said prior Resolution, no easement or right, by virtue
of the recitals of said prior Resolution or by virtue of the Ordinance
No. 3394, as amended, mentioned therein, or by virtue of Chapter 228 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code, as amended, has been reserved by said City,
unto itself or,ip behalf of any person or in behalf of any corporation, for
the construction, reconstruction, maintenance, or operation within the
lines of said section of public alley or the section of land embracing the
same, as providled to be vacated,,/as aforesaid, bf any such public instrumentality.
