RESOLVED, that the Minnesota School Boards
Association be given the free use of the Theatre Section,
Stem Hall and Ramsey Hall in the Municipal Auditorium
for its meetings January 13, 14, and 15, 1964, the cost of
opening and operating said facilities on said dates to be
set up in Auditorium Fund 1021; and that said Association
shall have the use,of the Exhibition Hall January 13, 142
and 15, 1964, for its convention, upon payment of the full
rent therefor.
