Whereas, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary
in the Improvement described as the Battle Creek Sanitary Sewer System,
Comptroller's Contract L -6583, Hurley Construction Company, contractor, have
been provided for in the specifications, and
Whereas, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions
and Deductions:

Resolved, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
foregoing Addition and Deduction made in accordance with the specifications amount-
ing to a net addition of $759.00, said sum to be added to the lump sum consideration
named in the contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L -6583, and which amount is
to be financed by Sewer Maintenance Receipts Fund 12A -7.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above named Contractor
that the sum of $759.00 is the correct amount to be added to the above contract.
