Opening, widening and extending the proposed Short Line Road
from Lexington Parkway South to the northerly line of Lot 7, Block 25
Dunlap Place Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
by condemning and taking the following described pare 1 of land:
All those arts of Lots 7 8 9 11 ar�d l 2 ,

Dunlap Place Addition to the City of St, Paul, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, and in part of the N. E. � of the N. E. 4 of Section 10,
Township 28 N., Range 23 W. described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the north line of said Lot 7, 100 feet
southwesterly from the southwesterly line of the Chicago, Mil-
waukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Co, right -of -way line
measured on a radial line; thence easterly on the north line of
said Lot 7 to the point of intersection with 'the said right -of-
way line; thence southeasterly on the said right -of -way line to
the point of intersection with the west line of Lexington Parkway
South; thence southerly on the said west line to a point that is
130 feet southwesterly, measured on a radial line, from the said
right -of -way line; thence northwesterly on a line 130 feet from
and parallel to said right -of -way line to a point th t is 370
feet southeasterly from the point of beginning of tVee tract
herein described and 130 feet southwesterly from the said right -of-
way line, measured on a radial line; thence northeasterly on said,
radial line a distance of 53 feet to a point; thence northwesterly
on a line parallel to and 77 feet southwesterly from the said
right -of -way line to the point of intersection with the south line
of said Lot 7; thence northwesterly on a straight line to the point
of beginning.
Also condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for
the slopes, only cuts, including the right of removal of lateral support

from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavation thereof
or construction of slopes in the grading and paving of the proposed
Short Line Road from the north line of said Lot.7 southeasterly to the
above described radial line which is 370 feet southeasterly of the point
of beginning of the above- described tract,

Dunlap Place Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
by condemning and taking the following described parcel of land:
All those parts of Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, all in Block 2,
Dunlap Place Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, and in part of the N. E. k of the N. E. u of Section 10,
Township 28 N., Range 23 W. described as follows:
