E. � of the N. E. 4 of Section 10, Township 28 N., Range 23 W. described as follows: Commencing at a point on the north line of said Lot 7, 100 feet southwesterly from the southwesterly line of the Chicago, Mil- waukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Co, right -of -way line measured on a radial line; thence easterly on the north line of said Lot 7 to the point of intersection with 'the said right -of- way line; thence southeasterly on the said right -of -way line to the point of intersection with the west line of Lexington Parkway South; thence southerly on the said west line to a point that is 130 feet southwesterly, measured on a radial line, from the said right -of -way line; thence northwesterly on a line 130 feet from and parallel to said right -of -way line to a point th t is 370 feet southeasterly from the point of beginning of tVee tract herein described and 130 feet southwesterly from the said right -of- way line, measured on a radial line; thence northeasterly on said, radial line a distance of 53 feet to a point; thence northwesterly on a line parallel to and 77 feet southwesterly from the said right -of -way line to the point of intersection with the south line of said Lot 7; thence northwesterly on a straight line to the point of beginning.
