RESOLVED; That the new officers Leonard E. Vanek becomes President replacing Robert
D. Christensen; Roger Christensen remains as Secretary and Treasurer,
and also becomes Vice -president, replacing Edward Anderson,the former
Rice - president; and the only two stockholders being Leonard E. Vanek,
and Roger Christensen, be and the same is hereby approved.
