WHEREAS,p pursuant to Council File Nose 210017, 210157 and 2144191 sealed bids were
taken for the sale of property belonging to the Department of Finance, to -wit:
Lots 1, 29 3 and 41, Block 5 Rice and Irviners Addition to St, Paul,
Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Ramsey County, Minnesota (wrecking of Armory building to be accomplished
and paid for by the City of StePaul and property to be in condition as
per specifications for wrecking, City Architect +s Job #1753), and
WHEREAS* the Committee on Lands recommends the sale of the above- described property
to DONALD RUSH* the highest bidders for One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars; threforer
be it
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby approves said recommendation and directs the proper
City officers to convey said property to said purchaser by proper deed of conveyance
upon the following terms: Eleven Thousand Dollars paid down upon acceptance of the
Land Committee, and the balance of Ninety -nine Thousand Dollars to be paid on
transmission of title to the purchaser; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proceeds of said sale be credited to the
*impartment of Finance Fund 31C2,
