WHEREAS, Ira Stanley Cooper brought an action against Jbhn M.
Doiron, an employee of the Bureau of Sanitation, Department of Public
Works, for damages sustained by said Ira Stanley Cooper on August 10,
1959, arising out of the collision between the vehicle owned by Ira
Stanley Cooper and a sanitation truck driven by said John M. Doiron; and
WHEREAS, a settlement has been entered into and agreed to by and
between the parties in the amount of $200.00 to be paid plaintiff
Ira Stanley Cooper; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers hereby are authorized to
pay to said Ira Stanley Cooper the sum of $200.00 in full and complete
disposal of the action, upon re
