RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the
wrecking of the Armory, located at 6th Street and Exchange Street, Saint
Paul, Minnesota to MINNESOTA I00ER & WRECMG CORPORATION in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #9389
of said Minnesota Lumber & Wrecking Corporation for the contract price of
$28,500.00, such bid being the lowest and said Minnesota Lumber & Wrecking
Corporation being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
